Shipping Info: Unless specified, UK records will be shipped by Standard Royal Mail shipping.

Return Policy: -If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us vivelamusique@dr.com within 24 hours of receiving the item
- For UK items sent via Royal Mail 1st class, issues must be reported within 48 hours of the date of the Bandcamp dispatch email

-For tracked items, issues must be reported within 24 hours of the date of delivery shown on tracking
-For untracked international items, please let us know 2 weeks after your dispatch email if you havent received the package yet. In most cases, 12" records would be held at the local postal sorting office, so it is best to check there first
-If your item is returned to us due to an error/omission in your address or the courier being unable to deliver to you, you will need to cover additional costs of shipping the item to you again.
